April 27th, 2013 - A week after his first win of the year Timothy Culp was eager to return to action over the weekend with a pair of events in Mississippi, but it would prove to be a rough weekend for the driver.

The action opened on Friday night at Jackson Motor Speedway (Byram, Mississippi) with a $2,000-to-win, Mississippi State Championship Challenge Series (MSCCS) Super Late Model race at the 1/4 mile oval. With twenty-six Super Late Models on hand for the program Culp earned the seventeenth starting spot for the 40 lap finale. During the course of the feature he would only be able to manage to advance four spots on his way to a thirteenth place finish in the final rundown. On Saturday evening the team looked for better results as a $2,500-to-win event was held for the P&W Sales Southern United Professional Racers (SUPR) Super Late Model competitors at Greenville Speedway (Greenville, Mississippi). Twenty entries were on hand for the event, which was held under threatening skies, and it would be another long night for Culp as he battled radiator issues, which relegated him to a nineteenth place finish in the main event. April 20th, 2013 - Saturday night was a great outing for Timothy Culp as he powered his Benning's Heat & Air/Barry Wright Super Late Model to the $2,500 win in the season opener for the COMP Cams Super Dirt Series (CCSDS).

After a 2012 season, which saw him go winless, and bad luck to start the 2013 season Timothy was looking for a shot in the arm to get things pointed in the right direction. He found just that on Saturday night at I-30 Speedway (Little Rock, Arkansas).

Twenty-six entries were on hand for the event at the 1/4 mile oval, and Culp started his night by winning the fourth heat race from the second starting spot to earn the second starting spot for the 35 lap finale. As the race went green fellow, front row starter, Ashley Newman bolted to the lead as Timothy slipped to third behind race leader, Kyle Beard. Culp rode in the third spot for the race's early stages before he slowly began catching the leaders. On lap 15 he moved past Beard for second, and one circuit later he overtook Newman for the lead down the back stretch. Despite a strong challenge from Kyle Beard during the race's late stages Timothy remained unphased on his way to the victory!

"The car was just great tonight, and I have to thank all of my sponsors, crew, and fans. This wouldn't have been possible without them," noted Culp.

April 13th, 2013 - With the weekend's COMP Cams Super Dirt Series (CCSDS) Super Late Model events washed away by Mother Nature the team traveled to Lucas Oil Speedway (Wheatland, Missouri) on Saturday night for a $3,000-to-win, Lucas Oil Midwest Late Model Racing Association (MLRA) program.

Thirty-three entries were on hand at the state-of-the-art, 3/8 mile oval, and heat race action found Culp battling bad luck as mechanical woes pushed him from his second starting spot to a seventh place finish, which mired him deep in the starting grid for a b-main. After starting ninth in the consolation event Timothy advanced to a fifth place finish, which unfortunately left him one spot short of transferring to the feature. As a result, his night came to a disappointing early end.

April 6th, 2013 - After almost a month away from the track due to rain Timothy set out to enter a pair of $10,000-to-win, Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) events over the weekend. Unfortunately Friday night's event at Jackson Motor Speedway (Byram, Mississippi) fell victim to rain so Culp entered a single event over the weekend as he was in action on Saturday night at Lone Star Speedway (Kilgore, Texas).

An extremely heavy and rough track greeted the competitors, and Culp started his night by finishing fourth in his heat race to lock into the fourteenth starting spot for the 50 lap feature. He would race his way into the top before a late race flat tire brought his outing to an early end in the fifteenth position.
