1August 18th, 2013 - Timothy Culp traveled to Batesville Motor Speedway (Locust Grove, Arkansas) over the weekend for the 21st Annual COMP Cams Topless 100, which was sanctioned by the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS).

Fifty-five Super late Models converged on the 3/8 mile oval for the crown jewel, and after qualifying 14th fastest in his group Culp started 5th in his heat race. He would spin midway through the heat, while battling for the 4th position. He rejoined the tail of the field, and rebounded to a 5th place finish. With only the top three finishers transferring to the feature Culp was forced to run a b-main, and in the b-main he would receive damage from another competitor and was forced to retire, which brought his weekend to a disappointing, early end.

1August 3rd, 2013 - As a recipient of the FANS Fund sponsorship Timothy traveled to Cedar Lake Speedway (New Richmond, Wisconsin) to open the 26th Annual USA Nationals on Thursday evening as a stout field of 52 entries took to the 3/8 mile for the World of Outlaws Late Model Series sanctioned event.

Culp found himself behind the eight ball early in the night as struggles in time trials left him starting deep in a heat race grid. He would advance a few spots in his heat race before deciding to scratch from the b-main to save his equipment.

Timothy hoped for better luck on Friday night as preliminary action was held for the $50,000-to-win event, but unfortunately his struggles would continue. Culp searched for the handle throughout time trials and heat race action on Friday night before battling the same issues in b-main action on Saturday night as his weekend came to a disappointing early end.
