March 2nd, 2013 - Timothy opened his 2013 campaign on Saturday evening at The Dirt Track at Texas Motor Speedway with a $3,500-to-win, P&W Sales Southern United Professional Racers (SUPR) event. The race, which served as a part of the annual Port-A-Cool Texas World Dirt Track Championship drew a field of thirty-nine competitors to the state-of-the-art facility. While heat race action left Culp short of a transfer to the feature a second place finish in his b-main locked him into the sixteenth starting spot for the finale. Despite starting deep in the field he mounted a great charge through the field as he passed eleven cars on his way to a fifth place finish behind race winner, Shane Hebert, Rob Litton, Jeremy Payne, and Jason Krohn.
