September 24th, 2016 - Running in the Magnolia State Cotton Pickin’ 100, Timothy Culp traveled to Magnolia Motor Speedway (Columbus, Mississippi) on Friday for the two-day unsanctioned event. With 62 cars signed in, Culp followed up the sixth fastest time in his qualifying group with a heat race victory. Starting in 6th for the $20,000-to-win A-Main, Timothy held his spot for all 100-laps posting a solid 6th place finish stout field of veteran drivers. (Chris McDill Photo)

September 10th, 2016 - After getting a car ready in less than a week, Timothy Culp headed to Eldora Speedway (Rossburg, Ohio) on Thursday night for the 46th Annual World 100. Drawing 108 Super Late Models for the UMP DIRTcar sanctioned weekend, Culp fell back to a 11th place finish in his heat after running hot-laps and his heat with brake issues.  Getting caught behind a wreck early in his B-Main, Timothy pulled off and prepared for the rest of the weekend.

On Saturday night from the 5th-starting position in his heat, Culp logged a 6th place finish sending him into the B-Main. Transferring the Top 2, Timothy fell one spot short of a transfer position into the $10,000-to-win qualifying feature with a 3rd outing.

Closing out the 46th Annual World 100 weekend, Timothy improved two positions in his heat on Saturday night but failed to transfer with a 7th place finish. With a B-Main apperance for his final shot at the main event, Culp charged through the field five positions landing 3rd place finish and securing his spot into the $49,000-to-win finale. September 2nd, 2016 - Kicking off the Labor Day Weekend, Timothy Culp made the trip to Attica Raceway Park (Attica, Ohio) on Friday night for the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) sanctioned A-Main. Transferring the Top 4 out of the heats, Culp landed a 5th place finish sending him into the B-Main. Needing a 6th place outing or better to make the show, Timothy scored a 4th place finish earning him the 20th-starting spot for the $10,000-to-win A-Main. Losing control on the lap 3, Culp was able to walk away with no apparent injurers after rolling over in turn 2.
