August 17, 2019 - On Thursday evening Timothy Culp traveled to Batesville Motor Speedway (Batesville, Arkansas) for the co-sanctioned Topless 100. In a field of 46 Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series and Comp Cams Super Dirt Series entries, Culp secured his spot into the $5,000-to-win preliminary feature with a 3rd place finish in his heat. Returning on Friday for another $5,000-to-win preliminary feature, Timothy recorded the seventh fastest lap in his time trial group before placing 3rd in his heat race. Starting the A-Main in 9th, Culp dropped six spots in the 30-lapper to place 15th.

On Saturday night, Culp started 3rd in his B-Main for one final shot at the $40,000-to-win Topless 100 finale. Needing to place in the Top 3, Timothy streaked to a 12-lap consolation victory which positioned him 17th on the starting grid for the main event. August 3, 2019 - Friday night saw Timothy Culp return with the Comp Cams Super Dirt Series for the $2,500 top prize at Old No. 1 Speedway (Harrisburg, Arkansas). With 25 cars on hand, Culp passed four cars in his heat reeling in a 4th place finish. Starting the A-Main in 9th, Timothy gained one spot in the 30-lapper to place 8th.

The following night at I-30 Speedway (Little Rock, Arkansas) for the Will McGary Tribute, Timothy laid down the second fastest lap in his time trial group behind Colton Horner before capturing an 8-lap heat race victory. Earning the 3rd-starting position for the $5,000-to-win A-Main, Culp dropped two positions in the 40-lap affair registering a 5th place finish behind Robert Baker, B.J.
